Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. TabletPC2u reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products. 1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item (We will track online for your order). We only accept products in their original condition. Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Our LiveChat Support or "Contact us" form. 2. Miss-shipped products: For miss-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee. Full Refund Policy For Return Products Full refund means the order total cost except payment transaction fees. It must meet all following articles: 1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.) 2. Original intact any barcode affixed on products or package. 3. The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.) 4. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.) 5. The Order Number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the Order Number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. 6. Full refund only available for Default defective reasons, just like can not work or operation error and so on. For item problems which not caused by default defective reasons may only got partial refund or exchange or repairing service.
